Wahlburgers Orlando

Everyone loves a good burger joint. I decided to take my Mom to Wahlburgers and show her how I blog on a place as well. This burger place hasn't even been open a year, and it seems to be going up.

This establishment is a cool place to just grab a drink, and a bite to eat before hitting up downtown Orlando, or even just a simple family day. They have three sections to choose from. First is just the traditional sit down, another is the walk up where you order to go, lastly is the bar which you can only sit at if you are 21. We sat at the bar where we were greeted by our waiter/bartender Tim. He was so attentive, helpful and fast with everything. They have $4.50 wells all day, everyday. They actually have a happy hour coming soon too. Make sure to ask what specials are available when you go.

My mom grabbed Jenn's Chicken Sandwich. Seared chicken breast, caramelized, and crispy onions, lettuce with Jenn's honey-garlic mayo and we added bacon. Mami told me the sandwich was soft, and juicy. $7.95 but a dollar extra for the bacon, $8.95. The onions added the needed kick of flavor and texture to it all. Mine was the BBQ Bacon Burger. 1/3 lb of beef, white cheddar cheese, bacon, avocado spread, jalapenos (did not eat them). The meat was cooked medium well, it was so tender and juicy. The smooth avocado and crunchy bacon were just right, all in between the warm and soft bun $8.95. We shared a batch of chili cheese tots, they were tasty, and a good addition to the sandwiches. We washed it all down with two coronas to enjoy the rest of the day.

For dessert we grabbed the weirdest sandwich ever. It was toast, with peanut butter, nutella, fluff and bananas. It gave off a sweet and salty sort of flavor $3.50. It is very sweet, and fille with goo texture. It was good, but next time I will try their frappe for sure, all made with ice cream.
